Our Story
L&S Property Solutions was built on a simple idea—property investment should be approached with clarity, structure, and purpose.
After seeing how many opportunities on the market lacked proper analysis or a clear plan, we set out to do things differently. Rather than simply sourcing properties, we focus on identifying real potential and structuring each opportunity with a defined strategy from the outset.
As a family-run business, we bring a hands-on, practical approach to everything we do. We understand the importance of making informed decisions and take pride in presenting opportunities that are not only attractive on paper, but grounded in real market insight.

Laurine leads the strategic direction of the business, specialising in deal sourcing, financial analysis, and investor relationships.
She is responsible for identifying opportunities with genuine potential and structuring each deal with clear, well-defined strategies—including flips, BRR, and buy-to-let investments. From initial appraisal through to final investor presentation, Laurine ensures every opportunity is backed by detailed analysis, multiple exit routes, and a strong understanding of risk and return.
Her focus is on delivering clarity and confidence to investors through well-researched, thoughtfully structured opportunities.
Stephen works alongside his wife, Laurine, bringing hands-on experience in property and refurbishment, with a strong understanding of project delivery and cost management.
He plays a key role in assessing the practical viability of each opportunity, contributing to refurbishment planning, layout optimisation, and cost considerations to ensure projects are realistic and deliverable.
As the owner of LJL Carpets & Flooring, he brings additional expertise in materials, finishes, and on-site execution—ensuring each project is approached with both efficiency and attention to detail.
His focus is on ensuring every opportunity not only works on paper, but performs in practice.
